"This was a great value in Kasane. The hotel is close to the airport and offers free van transportation. Common areas and my room were very clean. Breakfast buffet was included in my room charge and was high quality. I had dinner there one night; they offer a buffet as well as a full menu. Swimming pool was nice. Most of the tour operator will pick you up a the hotel also. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Overall I enjoyed the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean, but they need a refresh. The rooms were old, worn. I did love the balcony and view of the watering hole (fun to see the many animals), the bed was comfortable, linens soft. We went to the Bomba show hosted at this property. Would highly recommend, food and show were great! Worth it."

"Beautiful garden, birds everywhere, we stayed in the villa and the garden room. Both were amazing. Staff goes above and beyond, friendly, excellent at their jobs, very hardworking. Breakfast included in our rate and included a cold food buffet and made-to-order hot food. Dinner for us was an extra cost but prices reasonable and portions huge-we were able to take away for the next day’s lunch. Do take advantage of their excellent laundry service - back the same day sometimes within hours....

"If I could give 6+ stars (instead of max 5) for customer service, I would do so. After my tour organizer (avoid: Afrinature) was a no show for one tour and cancelled game drive only hours before, the staff at Hotel in short order called their trusted partners to ensure I didn't miss out on any experience in Kasane. I am just so grateful as some people might have simply said, "too bad." When I come back, I am staying with Hotel Rustiek and arranging my tours thru them. Thank you!!!!"
